Open House and Ribbon Cutting

Oct. 26th 2017

The annual Healing House Open House is scheduled for Saturday, November 18 from 1:00-6:00 PM. Tours begin at the current meeting hall at 4602 St. John Avenue. This is an excellent opportunity to see the Healing House homes up close and personal and meet some of the residents who will be acting as tour guides.

We will launch our Open House with a celebratory ribbon cutting ceremony to introduce the Addiction Recovery Center (ARC) and kick-off the construction work. This year our Angel tree will be set up at the ARC where there will be snacks, drinks and Christmas lights. If you would like to sponsor a Healing House resident for Christmas you can choose an envelope from the tree with a resident’s wish list. If you are not able to attend the Open House you can still adopt a resident for Christmas by contacting Becca at the Healing House Office at (816) 920-7181 or send her an email (beccastewart1221@gmail.com).  No need to RSVP to the Open House just show up and bring friends!
